Cancellation Policy
• Policy Detail: All appointments require a non-refundable booking deposit • Rescheduling: Clients are allowed a one-time rescheduling of their appointment, provided they give a minimum of 10 calendar days' advance notice. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date. • Cancellation/Late Rescheduling: If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 10 calendar days' notice, the deposit is forfeited (non-refundable). A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. • Policy Detail: If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, their appointment will be considered a No-Show/Late Cancellation. • Consequence: The client will forfeit their deposit, and we reserve the right to refuse the service entirely due to insufficient time. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
